How the Society uses donor information

The Society receives and keeps donors’ names, email addresses and donation amounts for project updates and future fundraising communications. These donor details are retained for two years from the date the Society receives them. The Society stores its donor records in cloud storage accessible only to its office staff.

To opt out of updates or fundraising messages, email wtsl1971@gmail.com with the subject “Opt out of donor communications,” stating whether you want to stop updates, fundraising messages or both.

Tenzin Dawa Lhundup handles opt-out requests, honours donor preferences and keeps donor details up to date. For questions about your information, contact him through the same email address.

Online donations

Online donations are processed through Ketto. Please review Ketto’s Privacy Policy for information about data submitted through its service.
